Gift Cards And E-Gift Cards - Terms And Conditions

Gift cards can be purchased at Beer Fisheries Store for delivery to the UK only. Gift cards are redeemable in Beer Fisheries stores only and online at www.beerfisheries.co.uk
E-gift cards can be purchased at www.beerfisheries.co.uk and are redeemable on www.beerfisheries.co.uk only.
Gift cards and e-gift cards can be activated with a minimum value of £10 and have a maximum value limit of £200.
A maximum of one gift cards or e-gift cards can be used per transaction online.
Gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards, e-gift cards or vouchers.
No cards can be exchanged for cash. We are unable to cancel or exchange any cards.
Gift cards and e-gift cards can be used for most purchases, although at certain times exclusions may apply and Beer Fisheries reserve the right to amend these at any time.
If you are using a gift card or an e-gift card and the total order value is more than the value loaded on the card, the remainder must be paid using another payment method.
If you are using a gift card or e-gift card and the total order value is less than the value of the card, any remaining balance will remain on the gift card or e-gift card and may be applied to future purchases, provided that the card has not expired.
Gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be topped up which means you cannot add more onto an existing gift card or e-gift card. Balances can be transferred between gift cards so you can move the balance from several gift cards to one gift card at your convenience. It’s not possible to transfer between e-gift cards.
Gift cards and e-gift cards are valid for 12 months from the activation date. Any remaining balance left on the card after 12 months will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use. Please look after your card and treat it like cash while it has an outstanding/existing balance.
E-Gift cards can be used to purchase online within an hour at www.beerfisheries.co.uk or 24 hours after purchase in store.
Online orders for gift cards will be shipped separately to any product orders made in the same transaction.
In cases where your gift card is lost or stolen, Beer Fisheries is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card, unless it has been registered online.
Beer Fisheries will only replace the balance remaining on the gift card at the time of reporting the card as lost. Beer Fisheries cannot be held responsible for any balance lost on a gift card or e-gift card as a result of theft or fraud. Replacement gift cards will be posted to your registered home address only and e-gift cards to your email address.
Beer Fisheries reserves the right to refuse to accept a gift card or e-gift card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which is otherwise suspected of being potentially fraudulent.
Beer Fisheries reserves the right to revise and update the gift card and e-gift card terms and conditions at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your gift card or e-gift card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions. Your gift card or e-gift card is the property of Beer Fisheries and we maintain the right to cancel the card in situations where it may be deemed necessary.
