Within a 15 Mile radius.
National Delivery ~
There is a charge on all mainland UK (Excluding highlands).
Deliveries to Scotland can sometimes take longer to be delivered, so please get in contact with us before ordering.
Our Couriers
APC OVERNIGHT
Deliveries through APC are available Tuesday to Friday, £0 to £50 are charged at £5.00, orders over £50 are FREE.
Saturday deliveries are £14.95
Is there a minimum order amount?

Very delivery important information to be aware of.
We send everything as next-day delivery. However, we cannot guarantee this delivery date as this is reliant on the courier.
99.8% of our deliveries make it on time, however there are very rare occasions where your order might arrive the following day.
All our seafood is packed to stay fresh and cold in transit for up to 48 hours. This means that on the rare occasions a delivery is delayed the contents would still be protected.
We cannot provide refunds or replacements for delayed deliveries unless the quality of the product has been compromised. The maximum amount of time an order would be delayed is 24 hours.
If your seafood is for a special occasion, we highly-recommend requesting delivery for the day before - just in case there are any courier issues. As explained above, the freshness of the seafood will not be affected.

How will my fish be delivered cold?
All our boxes are packed using frozen gel packs and freshly made flake ice. We have tested our packaging personally and are always confident any and all deliveries will stay cold for their journey.
When will my fish arrive?
Local Deliveries / Collections
are carried out 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed for local delivery will be prepared and delivered the following day. We do not deliver/collect on Saturday and Sunday unless requested and agreed.
Courier Deliveries,
are prepared on the day of sending, to ensure you receive the freshest fish. Deliveries are made between 7am up until 6pm.
APC
- order by 9pm on Monday to receive your fish Wednesday
- order by 9pm on Tuesday to receive your fish Thursday
- otherwise orders placed Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

YOUR PACKAGE
When you have completed your online order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. Once we have completed your order and it is ready to be dispatched you will receive a notification email. We will submit your delivery information to chosen courier service. The following morning you will be sent a TIME/DATE email/text to advise you of your delivery.
If you are not available at the time of delivery the driver will attempt to leave your parcel in a safe place, where possible.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone will be available to take delivery of your parcel or contact your chosen courier service to rearrange delivery in the event you are going to be unavailable at the anticipated time of delivery.
OVERNIGHT PARCELS
All parcels we send are booked onto a next day service. During busy times (such as Christmas), and although every effort is made by us and our courier services.
Packages can, at times be delayed. Which is why we have tested our packaging personally and rate our parcels for 48Hours, so in the unlikely event your parcel is delayed you can rest assured it will arrive in good condition and safe to you.
(If in this unlikely event you do not receive your parcel within the 48 hours we advise that you do not accept it and contact us asap to help deal with this issue.)
What happens if I miss my delivery?
When you place your order you will be directed to a page where you will be able to leave information or a description of where to leave you order, in the event you will not be there to collect it. IE Shed, Recycling box or your Neighbour.
If you forget to leave a "safe place" comment or wish to change it, Just call or email us, with your details and we will try our best to get this changed.
If no "safe place" comment is left when ordering we will always note, "leave in a safe place".
Highland Deliveries?
Yes, we Deliver. Please contact us before ordering as deliveries can take longer to get to you, and there is normally an extra cost.
We no longer deliver to Northern Ireland
Due to brexit we will no longer be sending deliveries to NI.
